| We started Mission Valley Foreign Car Service in 1979 and worked only on foreign cars. By 1985 we were working on all makes and models of foreign and domestic cars. By the year 2000 we were looking at redirecting the business to working on the cars we had always enjoyed the most, the American muscle cars. In 2003 we moved to a much larger facility and actually purchased three classic American muscle cars to upgrade and restore into sleek, high performance muscle machines. After restoring and upgrading these three cars we have discovered that we would much rather “upgrade” a classic car than “restore” it to its new original factory condition. To us, upgraded classics have the best of both worlds: you can enjoy both the classic looks and also enjoy many of the safety and performance features that were not available then but are readily available today. |
